Shippensburg Little League officials have already organized a chicken barbecue, bake sale and clothing drive to benefit Troy and Tawnie Mills and their family in the wake of a fire that gutted their home Tuesday, May 15.

The chicken barbecue and bake sale will run Saturday at Doc Norcross Stadium on South Fayette Street from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Clothing can be donated by calling Kim at 532-4670 or 729-0958 or Rhonda at 729-3422.

The family needs men's clothing in 36-inch waist sizes, extra large shirts and size 12 shoes or boots; size -7-8 women's clothing and size 7 ladies shoes; boys clothing in sizes 16-18, 14-16 and 10-12 and shoe sizes 9-10, 8, 7-8 and 51/2.

Little League spokeswoman Kim Cressler says monetary donations will be accepted at the Doc Norcross Stadium concession stand any night there are games under way there.
