State police in Carlisle charged a Shippensburg area man Friday with stealing a go cart and antique whiskey decanters worth $5,600 last spring.

Police say Troy Eugene Bigler, 42, removed the items between March 7 and April 7 from two sheds in the first block of Dykeman Road belonging to a local woman.

Bigler was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Harold Bender on two counts of burglary and one count each of receiving stolen property, theft and criminal trespass.
