Two people were injured in a crash at 4:15 p.m. Saturday in Tyrone Township, Perry County, according to state police at Newport.

Kenna M. Lightner, 21, of Landisburg, was flown to Hershey Medical Center with major injuries, police said, and Thomas A. Smoker, 51, of Shermans Dale, was taken to Carlisle Hospital with minor injuries. Both wore seat belts, police said.

Hospital staff said Monday Lightner was in fair condition, and Smoker was treated and released.
