NEW CASTLE, Del. — New Castle police say two Philadelphia men face drug charges following a traffic stop.

Police say 30-year-old William Fowler and 32-year-old Shawn Edwards were stopped Friday night for driving 30 miles over the speed limit.

The two were arrested after a canine search of the car found 71 Oxycodone tables and a small amount of PCP.

Police say officers later learned Edwards was using a false identity and is a fugitive. Both were charged with drug and conspiracy charges and Edwards was also charged with criminal impersonation and is being held as a fugitive.
