John E. Ortleib, 15, was reported missing Thursday by his mother, Joanne Ortleib, according to Carlisle police.

John is 5-foot-7, weighs 190 pounds and has light brown hair and blue eyes, police said. He has been missing for three weeks and may be in the Philadelphia area, police said.
