A Life Lion helicopter was called to the scene of a crash involving a pedestrian on Main Street in Newville about 4:30 p.m., according to a spokesman for that Cumberland County 911 Center.

The incident is being handled by state police at Carlisle, the spokesman said. No further information was available.
