Diapers stolen in Carlisle

A package of Huggies diapers was stolen from the front porch in Carlisle Saturday, according to Carlisle police.

A woman reported that she left the package on the porch of her home in the 100 block of East Penn Street about 2:30 p.m. while she took groceries inside. When she returned for them, they were gone, police said. Police ask anyone with information about the theft to call 243-5252.




Mountain bike stolen in Carlisle

A black and red 24-inch Mongoose mountain bike valued at $125 was stolen from a Carlisle parking lot about 3:40 p.m. Saturday, according to Carlisle police.

The theft happened in the first block of Noble Boulevard.




DVDs, player stolen in Carlisle

A Carlisle woman’s portable DVD player and about 40 DVDs were stolen sometime in the last month, according to Carlisle police.

The theft in the 100 block of North East Street was reported Wednesday and is under investigation, police said, asking anyone with information to call the department at 243-5252.




Man cited for open lewdness

Michael C. Kelly, 62, of Boiling Springs was charged with open lewdness and disorderly conduct at the Wal-Mart Supercenter Wednesday in Carlisle, according to Carlisle police.

Police said the incident happened about 3:45 p.m. and Kelly was located in the store.
