The incident happened in the first block of West Main Street, West Pennsboro Township, at 10:53 a.m., police said. Runk also called the state police central dispatch center “using obscene language and calling the dispatchers obscene names,” the police report states.

Police and supervisors instructed him to stop, police said, but he continued to call and use obscene and threatening language until police arrived at his home to arrest him. He attempted to kick them, continued to use obscene language on the way to Cumberland County Prison and upon arrival again attempted to kick and threaten police, they said.

Runk was charged with intimidation of a witness or victim, resisting arrest and harassment, police said. Court records show that Runk was denied bail and that he was scheduled to have a summary trial today on charges of criminal trespass.
