A Highspire woman was arrested Friday after she was discovered prowling around residences in the area of Fairview Drive. Middlesex Township Police arrested Denise Hogan, 45, after receiving complaints from residents of someone prowling and looking through windows. Hogan was found in the backyard of a residence in the 100 block of Fairview Drive and was charged with loitering and prowling at night.
